POLICY

Please read our policy before booking your appointment at OliveBeautyBranch, the premier destination for Brampton nails & everything body.

1. If you are sick or showing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule. Our salon will not serve anyone who is sick for the safety of all our clients and staff.

2. Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes prior to your appointment at OBB.

3. Message us upon your arrival and wait for confirmation to enter the salon.

4. To ensure a safe environment, please come alone; friends or family are not permitted during your appointment, and our waiting area will be closed.

5. Face mask is optional.

6. You will be asked to sanitize your hands before receiving any services.

7. During your entire service, please keep both hands on the nail table. Kindly stay off your phone and keep your purse closed, as any lint or oil can cause lifting during your nail treatment.

8. No outside food or beverages are permitted in our salon.

9. At OBB, we use disposable tools whenever possible and thoroughly cleanse and sanitize our tools, equipment, and salon immediately before and after each appointment.
